CAREER PLAN
i am Gangadhar sahu. i have more target in future, because with liberalization and globalisation the market is fully competitive and challenging. so according to changing in business scenario i am more confidence myself with challenging in to days and tomorrows world or future corporate sector. i am confidently say that, when i join any corporate sector, " i manage my business according to what i have learnt from the Bhagwad Gita, because i always follow the teaching of the Gita strictly". After completed MBA with Finance and Human Resource Management from Asian School of Business Management(ASBM), Bhubaneswar, my goal is creating a new idea in the corporate world by the Team, because "A Team is a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose, set of performance goals, and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable"
About me ?:- i am honesty, calm, friendly nature, having good leadership quality, innovative idea,also take risk with self confidence and do hard work. My quotation is "Achievers always start early" and the second one is " Winners don't do different things they things differently". I would say my parents, friends, and above all, God had a major role to play in my every success of life.
Short term plan:- After completed MBA, my target is good finance manager in any corporate wold, i always think how to win in every step of life with more intelligent and also hard work, but generally intelligent gives 100% result but hard work gives 98% result. So that i fulfill my goal by the research methodology process.
Long term plan:- After working 10-15 years in the corporate sector i am proudly say that my company is proud for me and my future plan is to become an Entrepreneur or head a leading organization.
Hobbies:- My hobby is playing volley ball, reading daily news paper and also reading non-text books which was related to business like "you can win" . i have also read history like C. K Prahalad....
